How to Obtain a License To Carry a Concealed Firearm in Pennsylvania (Also Called a "Carry Permit" or "LTCF" or "Concealed Weapons Permit" and more colloquially)

Note: You DO NOT NEED a Concealed Firearms Permit to own a firearm in Pennsylvania. That right is enshrined in the U.S. Constitution and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Constitution. If you are seeking to purchase a firearm in Pennsylvania there is no need to wait on getting a concealed firearms permit; The Concealed Firearms Permit, like the name says, is for State approval to carry a firearm on your person or in certain areas, concealed, outside your home.
